Our company is looking for a part time experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and committed to proficiency.
Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts
Match purchase orders with invoices. Accounts payable. Reconciliation of bank statements.
Records management. Provide administrative support to management when required
Successful Candidates Will Have:
Associates degree in accounting or 2+ years Quickbooks experience
Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Quickbooks
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity
Part time (up to 24 hrs.) 3-4 days a week, 4 to 8 hours
Pay $17-$20 DOE
